Debt Help

A CCJ Complaint pertains specifically to a County Court Judgement, which decrees that you are in debt to a creditor. If you feel that you have been unfairly treated in the course of debt recovery action, you are entitled to make a complaint. There are a variety of ways in which you can do this and companies often have complaints procedures you can follow.

CCJ complaints – what you need to know

No matter what your situation, you can expect to be treated fairly and in an appropriate manner by any organisation appointed to arrange collection of the debt on behalf of a creditor.

If you feel that you have not been treated fairly, you should first make contact with the bailiff company that has been appointed on behalf of the creditor.

If you do not feel that your CCJ complaint has been appropriately dealt with, you can then make a complaint to the creditor.

How can I find out more about making a complaint?
